Required for account creation. The weekly raffle and monthly contest are open only to eligible US residents 18+.

Sign up with your real email. Multi-accounts detected via device fingerprint get a reputation penalty and can be banned.

Prices, photos, badges you earn — yours. By posting, you grant Pricinity a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display them in the app and on pricinity.com.

Submit only prices you actually paid. Community votes catch wrong values; repeat offenders lose reputation and eventually the ability to submit.

Reviews or replies that harass another user, promote unrelated products, or violate someone's privacy will be removed. Repeat offenders banned.

Top contributor each month wins a $50 gift card (Amazon, Walmart, or Target — your pick). Eligibility: 10+ lifetime rep, 10+ monthly score, no active strikes. If nobody eligible, the pool rolls into next month.

One random winner every ~week (fires when the community collectively watches 5,000 ads). Every accepted price submission = 1 free ticket. Ad watching optional. See in-app rules for full mechanics.

Winner picks a gift card + verified email in-app. Founder sends within 24 hours via the vendor (Amazon, Walmart, Target). Prize must be claimed within 7 days or is forfeited.

Free-and-only-free entry. Two paths: (1) submit a price, (2) watch a rewarded ad. Both have equal odds — one ticket per accepted submission or ad completion. Zero limits on how many tickets you can earn per cycle.

Depends on total tickets earned that cycle (typically 200–2,000). Winner picked at random by server-side pseudo-random selection. Odds are equal for every ticket regardless of source (submission vs ad).

Max 3 wins per person per calendar year — keeps every winner under the IRS $600 1099-MISC threshold. Same-account attempts to game this via multi-account will be disqualified.

Approx. $2,680 per year total (52 × $40 weekly raffle + 12 × $50 monthly contest). Below any state sweepstakes registration threshold in the jurisdictions where we operate.

Employees and immediate family or household members of Pricinity's operator are not eligible to win either prize. Same-household duplicate wins are voided.

Void in Puerto Rico and any jurisdiction where sweepstakes of this type are prohibited by law. No purchase or payment necessary. Sponsor: Pricinity (founder@pricinity.com). Apple and Google are not sponsors, endorsers, or administrators.

You opt in each time by tapping the Watch Ad button. We use Google AdMob. Ads are non-personalized by default; enabling ad personalization is your choice via device settings.

If you own or manage a listed business, you can claim it. Verification is by email OTP to an address on the business's website domain, or by manual review.

Pro adds features (custom logo/banner, menu items, sponsored slots). Monthly billing via Stripe. Cancel any time from your owner dashboard.

If content on Pricinity infringes your copyright, email founder@pricinity.com with: (1) the specific content and URL, (2) proof you own the original work, (3) your contact info, (4) a good-faith statement that the use isn't authorized, (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate. We remove infringing content within 48 hours of a valid notice.

If you believe your content was removed in error, send a counter-notice with the same info and we'll restore it after 10 business days unless the original claimant files a lawsuit.

Email founder@pricinity.com — your profile, votes, and push token are gone within 30 days. Price submissions stay in the public record but are anonymized (your username is removed).

For fraud, harassment, or repeated rule violations. Anonymized contributions stay in the public record for the community's benefit.

Pricinity is a comparison + community-verification platform. We don't guarantee that any specific price is currently in effect at any specific business — always confirm at the register.

Pricinity is provided as-is. We'll do our best to keep it running, but no uptime guarantee, no fitness-for-purpose warranty, all the usual legal stuff.

Most issues resolve in one email to founder@pricinity.com — please try that before any formal action.
