Common questions
I won a prize — where is it?
Open the app → Profile → My Prizes → tap the row → pick a gift card + verify email → we send within 24h. Check spam if you don't see it. Still nothing? Reply to this thread from the account email.
Can't sign in
Try requesting a fresh code (magic-link expires in 10 minutes). If the code arrives from Supabase, that's normal — click through. If nothing shows in your inbox after 3 minutes, check spam, then email support.
App says I'm not near the place
Price submission requires you to be within ~150m of the location. Check that Location permission is enabled: iOS → Settings → Pricinity → Location. Android → App info → Permissions → Location.
My price got rejected
Community voted against it (either value was off-range or someone counter-submitted with a different amount). Your reputation drops slightly — grinds back with your next few correct submissions. Not a ban, not permanent.
I own a business listed here
Claim it from the business page in the app OR sign in at owner.pricinity.com. Fastest verification: an email at your business's website domain. Manual verification takes 1-2 business days.
Delete my account
Profile → Settings → Delete account (in-app). Or email founder@pricinity.com from your account address — full erase within 30 days. Prices stay in the public record but attribution is anonymized.
Report a problem
Bug in the app
Email founder@pricinity.com with a screenshot + what you tapped just before. If you can, include your phone model + OS version. Usually fixed within 48h.
Inappropriate content or fraud
Every review and price has a Report button (three dots). Reports reviewed within 24h. You can also email us directly for anything urgent.
Data / privacy request
Deletion, export, correction — all handled at founder@pricinity.com. See our privacy policy for the full list of what we store and how to remove it.
